LET’S GO.

ABOUT

From Zero Communications is a boutique communications and strategic planning agency.

We specialize in working quickly and collaboratively with our clients to tell the world who they are, what they do and why that matters. We help organizations large and small connect with the people and markets that matter most to them. We love telling stories. And we believe every organization has a compelling one.

We help start-ups and other young organizations develop their messaging and narratives from the ground up.

We help existing firms establish their positions on complex issues as they confront them for the first time.

We perform a variety of executive visibility services for new leaders, or leaders who’ve newly embraced a more public role.

We conduct strategic planning workshops and deliverables, from soup to nuts.

We develop speeches and presentations from scratch.

POST-MERGER
INTEGRATION

When one company merges with another, two important communications needs arise: quarterbacking the announcement and defining the unified brand going forward. We can help with both.

Often, in the flurry of activity leading up to a sale or an acquisition, leaders overlook the importance of communicating to stakeholders. We have experience coordinating with M&A teams to plan for and manage an announcement, ensuring the right stakeholders receive the right information in the right sequence. We can hold your hand during the day and ensure that a coordinated, waterfall of events occurs. Beyond the announcement day, we work with leaders to assess the smoothness of the rollout and address any remaining gaps.

Once the announcement period is complete, we regularly work with leaders to establish a new brand, positioning and brand story for the merged organization. We also coordinate the messaging and rollout of that identity, with all of its complementary components -- a logo, a website, social media properties, internal rollout materials and stakeholder communications.

At the end of the process, you have a unified brand and a unified organization with a clear and compelling story to bring to market.
